Introduction

E.C. Sinkowski: I haven't heard a whole lot about fish oil lately, but I did often in the early years of CrossFit. We're going to take apart this physiological rationale and then also look at what happens to humans when people actually go ahead and consume these Omega-3 and Omega-6 supplements. This episode is to try to untangle why I don't recommend it. It was certainly the supplement of the day, circa 2010, back in our old days.
