I feel like a lot of services companies are just so bad at branding and online positioning. And they're just not putting any effort into candidate experience or the word you use talent attraction. So I could see why it's working and you would have an advantage over the competition. It's just like actually taking the time and putting in the effort to make it a better experience, which is really cool to see.
