Substack Is a Platform, Not a Publisher

Ok substack has a hands off moderation policy, and believe that if somebody is a bad actor and they want to stamp, obviously that's going to be caught by our system. We're concerned with the success of everybody on the platform. The whole point is to facilitate people to build something. Money drives u good drives out. Good money. Did i get it? Ye, you did. Verimimpressed. Iam in es. But is there a control within your system or no.
