Take one note a day for 30 days. Don't even download a new app, right? Like, you don't know if this is for you. So just do a test drive, open up whatever is the pre installed default app on your phone. I think that the big barrier that people have to overcome is they actually, in their heart of hearts, don't believe that they have access to good enough ideas at all. Once that light bulb turns on and you really start believing in the power of the ideas that you have access to, everything else is going to come naturally.
