I Get to Lead With Purpose to Day

i fear sometimes that we don't actually have a disciplined strategy for producing and sustaining the mind set necessary in order to execute this thing called leadership. We see a lot of people to day who i'm not sure are purpose driven. I saw bumper sticker recently that said, i o, i o. So off to work i go. That's not a person who is going to work that day with purpose. And particularly for educators, what a fantastic calling. What what a tre mendous calling to be able to educate young people. But, but when you walk into that building,  and you know what your reason for being there is, you know what the purpose is,. difference maker
