Will the work place ever go back to normal? What's your vision for the work place in five years? And more importantly, what should companies do now to be prepared? Well, i don't know how you define the word normal. I mean, frost normmal was, as i said, part remote part on sight. So if that how you defined normal, i could definitely see that happening. offices are not going away. People will always want to gather to have important conversations and brain storm.
