Is the Secretary of State for Education in Attendance?
The Secretary of State for Education was in attendance at the hearing. Is that usual for this kind of case? I think the President who directed attendance because he was so concerned about the lack of resources, the lack of placements. It's a very scathing assessment of the situation where repeatedly judges are giving these warnings. They have been called in so many High Court judges and circuit judges have sent their judgments into the sector use to criticise the lack of space. Unfortunately so far little has been done.
