The Importance of Empathy
I was saying staying at a job when you're unhappy would be a fate worse than death. So that shows that empathy because it shows that you know what that person's been talking about thinking about for quite a lot like many times up until now, right? And then I said she had been unhappy for some time and this past quarter not meeting your sales goal was just the kiss of death. Yeah, clearly there had been problems for a while. Those weren't going well. But yeah, this is often how we'll say whatever it is I'm talking about that would be better bad that I wouldn't like. That that do sort of give a little glimpse into what matters most to you
