Los Angeles City Council

There's only 13 members of the city council. They represent about four million people. The mayor is not in control of the budget. And so i think that when we get into office, we're going to completely restructure how we how we use our resources in the office. Right now they do nine %, ten percent affordable housing. We're going to demand more of developers.
