One of the big aha moments for me after reading the book is the importance of defining stress case personas at the start of every project. What's the best way to go about creating those? I think to some degree that really depends on your process. For people who collect or create personas by actually going out and interviewing users, one way to do that is to not just ask them about how they use their site but learn about their lives.
