The Product Failure and the Product Success of a Startup
I think I had a pretty memorable product failure when I was working on DALIP, which was my gifting and mobile payment startup. And so it was actually all these series of failures with being unable to sell to these merchants. So we really kind of had to like think of a solution that would really fit the requirements of our customers. And in some ways that failure was actually like my biggest product success because, you know, we really refined it down to something that would work.
