I use it a lot when I'm thinking about my own climbing. Like everything I decide from day to day is based off of keeping my experience as positive as I need it to be in order to like stick with it. It's that low, the low expectations work best for me. And yeah, let's maybe give examples of that in terms of a gym session and then maybe also a climbing outdoor session we could do both. Nice. What's an example of a backup plan? Let's maybe look at this through the context of someone who only has access to a gym or has limited access to rock climbing. Um, it's more of a framework. Yeah.
