How to Measure Your Breathing

The minimum that we should be looking towards is 25 seconds. So you're doing regular nasal breathing for a couple minutes. And then at one point, you decide to cover your nose, but no, but exhale first always exhale. You time it in seconds until you feel the first definite desire to breathe. If you're above 25 seconds, you're in good state in terms of functional breathing. But if you're below 25 seconds, more likely to be dysfunctional breathing.
