How Meditation Helps You Deal With Stress

When I'm stuck on something, it's through meditation that I come up with a solution and an answer or something that's going to be way more fun than what I had been planning. If my mind is really active or my face feels tight and stressed, I just press down right on the top of my head with my eyes closed. It's almost like sending a relaxation waterfall down into the system. Tow the very end of my meditation session, I take a few minutes for gratitude, and that's thanking everything I'm grateful for in my life.
