The Importance of Detaching Ourself From the System of Control

I think we have to actually just detach ourselves from this system that we've been woven into. But unfortunately, that's probably as difficult to do as that analogy would make it sound. We are so woven into a fabric of society that it is difficult to imagine really extrapolating ourselves from all of these processes. It can be an extremely small thing, like instead of buying your groceries at the grocery store, perhaps you can go and buy them at a farmer's market.
