The Obama Administration's Visit to Pyongyang
Otto's father, Robert, got the Obama administration to organize a visit to Pyongyang. This is during his presidency and they were told by the administration that this is a marathon and not a sprint. The first three days, North Korean representatives and officials refused to talk to him about anything. He wasn't even allowed to see Otto. Fred also threw Obama under the bus and stated the previous administration made no movements to help his son.
