The NHS Needs to Become the Average Large Employer

NHS has some very particular challenges and I won't go into all of those today. But maybe the NHS should try to become the average large employer in the space of health and well-being. Unfortunately, we've done some of that case study work together with colleagues at the University of East Anglia as part of a large research grant from the ERC. Have more case studies on what improvement journeys look like and what's realistic to achieve within these kind of settings. Because that thing gets you to the measurement piece, right? This is what I can achieve in this space. And I think that leads to healthier conversations"
