How to Transition From Fellowship to Private Practice?
Tit sounds like dan sherin, is there anything about the transition that could have gone smoother for you? Honestly, i feel like i had a very smooth transition. I think just being open and sort of knowing, when you come into practice, any practicem When you're changing jobs, sort of not to come in guns a blaze. You can make small changes sort of as we go, but you have to sort of respect what's already there and in place.
