FuelSell Energy's first commercial fuel cell was sold in Japan to the Caron & Beer Company using biofuels. 90 million metric tons a year of hydrogen are used around the world. There's some forecast that suggests 20% of the world's energy will ultimately come from hydrogen, if not greater than that. And unlike a battery which contains everything that you need inside the battery to start a fire, that's not the case with hydrogen.
