Are You Seeing Progress?
There's a sense in which companies are waking up to the realization that, i o ait a minut, we have not been designing inclusiyn. So i think there is, of course, everyoe sort of more wear now. And what gives me really hope is like, you know, things like seeing at like araby and be like them hiring benjamin earl evans as their product inclusion expert. I guess i hopethat it's not a trend. Because i' gen its like theres dther just as a part of me that's like cautions, like, ok, how do we make sure this becomes an embedded part of these companies?
