Hearst Ramadi, R O M O D I

This is Barton Colburn, voiced by D Bradley Baker. Last time we saw him would have been a Clone War season five. The character is actually talked about in the original Star Wars novelization. And his dialogue was later given to Mottie. Hearst Ramadi looks like a fun guy. He's reminding me of an actor. Is it Jeffrey Tambor? There's something or a John Lithgal maybe.
