How Do You Measure Quality?
I love experiments and I feel like agile is about experiments, which is like the maybe one kind of misunderstanding also that we get that agile is all kinds of many things. But it's just experiments. And the same thing, testing is experiments. So we're trying to learn a lot of new information about our product. How do you measure quality? Some of the metrics I like are accelerates for key metrics. For example, lead time, where we can measure how fast we're delivering something or how quickly we're recovering when something fails. In addition, I also would look at even team happiness metrics because as a QA in teams, I often would call this role as the team glue
