The Game Based Approach to Sports Coaching
When you were a coach, your approach to coaching was very linear. You didn't really challenge the status quo if you like. But when you went into sports coaching and found out about non-linear approaches - that's what drew you to it. That kind of social constructivism around learning is something i fhought that's what learning looks like. And ve tryid to continue to do that in whatever context that i work in. I think we all come from different backgrounds and different experiences. It might be similar, but it might not be the same.
