It's usually the people that you pick up along the way. We picked up a really awesome supplier quality people, some supplier managers overseas who were awesome at speaking and can help bring two cultures together. So we have the California design engineering, New York, Canada, all of our teams that work together design this product. And then we have the supply base overseas. Sometimes it helps to have somebody who speaks Mandarin, Cantonese, English, French to pull it all together. It's like, oh, this is what you actually meant. When that person is on your side, it's hugely valuable.
