Is the Network Secure?

Security is now much more on people's radar. Hoptahop incription is becoming used widely. A lot of the security issues now are ones that are not in the network per se. The issue of what that payload does when it arrives, that is exactly part of the larger issue of network use. People don't spend enough time thinking about it and designing systems to deal with it.
