I believe that when an owner engages in the activity that robert sarver engaged in, that he needs to be held to a higher standard than any of his employees. I don't think i get a pass because i'm president of the team. Other owners would not allow the commissioner to make robert arver sell, because they all participate in the same sort of activities.
