Is It Possible to Transfuse a Recovered Person With a Blood Serum?

One possibility might be treatments from the serum, blood serum, of people who had had the disease and recovered. It's fairly complicated compared to a drug that we can make in hi volume. The cost of taking it out and putting it back, ina, probably a dozen scale as well. But there's, there is work being done on this.
