I like the concept because you get a high amount density within the set as well. I feel like it's less costly on your nervous system to do more rounds of the quick oscillatory maximal work. Then to do a bunch of max put a bar speed monitor and do like wattage based outputs on the heavier bars. But perhaps you don't need to do that. You're just moving your body weight on the field. That's what your sport entails, not so much moving and heavy load. This is where these things can really come into can be really beneficial. And for me, like if I'm working with these populations, I want to try and get a little bit of everything.
