"I went to a leadership development thing. It was for their company, but through that I met somebody and I was able to easily get the interview," she says. "That's something that is really, really important to think about ... just the importance of building that one relationship that gets you in" She goes on to talk about her experience at an international consulting firm where she now works with clients around the world.
