How Long Does It Take to Learn New Words?
How long it would take depends on a couple of different factors but if you find something that works for you, you can learn new words and put them into practice. I had a client who was trying to learn a new way of saying something and the first time they did it was a mistake so we had to correct it. Then little by little they started using the new word by themselves and now they never, ever say the old version, ever. So that took a period of, I would say several months and that was like one word. There is a process to do that.
