The First Phase of the Conspiracy

The indictment goes on with Paragraph 45, talking about Pennsylvania. The defendant repeatedly raised the allegation that in Pennsylvania, there had been 205,000 more votes than voters each time that Justice Department officials informed the defendant that his claim was false. And then paragraph 46, on January 6th, the defendant publicly repeated his knowingly false claim that there had been205,000more votes than voters in Pennsylvania. So you can't really have a First Amendment, you know, like, I'm just trying to like do my president job thing when you were telling something, which you know is a lie.
