The reason why this diet, quincle works is because fat and protein make you feel full. Grass fed beef has two to three times more omega threes than a normal hamburger patty. To get up to your daily allowance of omega threes, you'd have to eat 20 hamberger patties. Even a grass fed hamberger patty has less omegaThrees than a single walnut so if you're interested in nutrients, then you would be eating a varied diet.
