i have lived on the edge of darkness for extended periods of time, and her meditation has been one of the key things that kept me going. There's a fantastic book unregenerative agriculture by richard perkins which i'll link to in the show notes. Joel salatin says, ome must on every aspiring integrity farmer's bookshelf. Know your food source, that's a big one - farmers just know it doesn't mean you have to become a farmer. We're out here doing work every day on the farm. I'm absolutely ecstatic over life right now.
