In scotland it just doesn't make sense, money wise, to buy when you could rent for such a lower price. We were number eight out of ten offers within a week of the sale going on. So as soon as that happened, i said, this is crazy. The market's crazy. People have gone nuts,. But maybe it's someone with ten million dollars in the bank, and theyre retire, and this was their perfect house that they'd been looking for for 10 years. And thei're like, o we're just going to go for it and buy it. It didn't make sense for me to tie up so much money in a house at this point
