The founders should ask hey where does your money come from like who am I who we all working for because as a founder you should care yeah. We deliberately went after some of the historic black colleges United Negro College Fund and everybody unusual even our in our founders care very much about thisYou know if you come to the office you'll see the pictures of the hospitals and the penance from the schools and we want to drive wealth creation back to you know causes that matter sure it's one of the things we hope we put pressure on the industry to do more of that certainly.
