How to Make a Healthy Breakfast

Breakfast doesn't have to look like breakfast food. If you're open to having leftovers, which a lot of my clients are, then that can be a great easy option as well. Cheer puddings are another great option as well so there's some healthy fats in there. You can also add some form of yogurt and fruit. And I would also encourage you to add either a protein powder or a collagen powder to that as well.
