In an open office, it's better for your productivity to take a fiften break and read a blog post or read a book. But if you did that in an open office,. it's like, alho, that slacker. Or you feel that people would perceive you that way even if they wouldn't write. So i think two things going to happen. Businesss are going to move more in the direction of kind of being a few super highly qualified people at the top, doing the most important cognitive work. And then more people at the bottom doing any of the, you know, remaining necessary grunt work.

Before, power was a function of the organizational structure or buildings, now it's a function of ability or what you do, because it's much easier to show usefulness.
