There are two sides of the same thing sort of I think it's definitely the aspect you say makes a lot of sense in terms of how you cope with failure and how you see your shelf. It's also about goal setting which is probably more related to fitness like I just described a growth mindset would be you want to be stronger and people away from more fixed mindset.
