Oat Steamed Pudding
Oat steamed pudding had pork and walnuts and orange zest in it with oats and a bit of stock. And it went all crispy right in the lard and it was absolutely delicious. I'm playing around with oats a lot in the kitchen, as you know. So it was steamed oats with pork and that just kind of edge of orange and a crunch of nah.
