The Right to Sex

The argument seems to assume, if not a right to sex, at least it seems to assume the idea that sexual activity and pleasure is quite important to people. I think someone can respond to that kind of case that an institution that prohibits sexual activity in that institution on the face of it would seem to be a violation of the patient's rights to sex basically. So that would be one way to go. The overly protective father, I think that's just, that is a violated of the right to sex.
