The State Is Not a State, Right?

There is nothing in the actual corps definition of a state, which is basically as a hierarchical, but localized monopoly on violence. There's nothing in that that haie says at all the state has to do anything for you, right? Like, if 200 guys with guns show up and seize a place right? They can create a state. They don't have to give you anything. The state is the, the fundamental corps of the state is just a bunch of armed people who can order people around. And we now, but people sort of, can, people sort of confuse the two.
