The Pros and Cons of Labeling Meat

I can see this happening much more in a restaurant than I could at the grocery store, right? Right. And so to me, it'll be interesting to see how this all shakes out. But my guess is that these companies are going to be so protective of labeling their meat. It's hard to imagine that one being the one that works unless they make it so good and like, you know, not with extra flavors.
