i think that something that hybrid companies are going to increasingly come acrossis is the equality of experience for the people who are in and out of the office. The challenge of hybrid meetings that set up where there's three people in a conference room talking to three more people on v c, is really bad and disjointed. i'm really intrigued in capturing the moment in these firms who have a head of remote.
