The Risks of Investing in a Stock

The way I would analyze any situation is on the first principles of, okay, there's a valuation discount. That'd just be something that you have to analyze on a case by case basis. Berkshire Hathaway might be less risky than buying Google at 5,000 times earnings. Investing involves risk of loss, performance not guaranteed.
