Roxanna is Lock Henry takes place in the universe where Reddit doesn't exist. I think there's enough true crime mania online that a well-known serial killer even without a documentary would already be a source of fascination. The final documentary, the way it's presented is very TLC-esque in my opinion. Probably my favorite part of the episode is when they like recontextualize all her quotes as though she is the killer.
