I have a deep suspicion that The vast majority of people including the vast majority of christians Actually do not know what is restful for them. So I'm stepping into seven months away from all kinds of things that are among other things that kind of medication for me From my deepest fears longings grievings and so on. But in order to have quiet you got to stop working And you'll yes, you can't sit in your kind of amped-up state and think oh, what would I like to do that? Would give me a little bit of relief. It's very distressing and so well, I think I'll go back to email or tv or whatever and get away
