When I was an advanced learner of English, it was 2014-2015. I got to that level where I couldn't notice progress anymore. And this was because I wasn't focusing on one specific problem only that I had. To make further progress, you need to have a specific problem and then focus your practice on that. Don't worry about learning grammar rules; don't worry about sounding like a native. Focus all your practice to solve this specific problem.
