swimming four times a week in in your program then and that it's uh yeah an hour or so each time. Matt Hanson when I first started working with him he was about 105s to somewhere between 105 to 110 for an Ironman swim. We got him down to 53 probably 54 for an ironman swim, which is fairly what I would consider a neutral Ironman swim and that was all off of East swam six days a week.
