There's no centralized place where we can go to see what military missions are in a particular country. One reason why not is during the 1990s, when the Kyoto Protocol was being negotiated. The US excluded military emissions from their reporting mechanisms that were embedded in the protocol at the time. So since this was excluded, we have to put together on our own databases to calculate what those military missions are based on this fragmented field of data.
