Is This a Boycott?
David Gergen: This boycott crosses an important line. It's the line between judges expressing their personal views in an effort to persuade and harnessing their power as government officials, he says. Judges on both sides will only hire students who agree aligned with them ideologically, Gergen writes. He adds that it undermines Curves Point a little if you sort of phrase this as a boycott.
